Most waste contracts hand the producer back a set of gaps: a transporter who will not characterise, a lab that will not collect, a treatment site that rejects half the manifest, and a paper trail assembled after the fact. Every gap stays the producer's risk.

**Magma** closes the chain. Because we own the plants, acceptance is decided before a truck is booked, and because the same team runs characterisation, logistics and treatment, the disposal record is a by-product of the work rather than a document chased afterwards.
